Illio was an Aldmer pilot and early historical explorer. He manned the ship Pasquiniel, which followed a waystone south of Summerset, in search of Old Ehlnofey. Given the direction of his ship, it is believed his journey would have taken him to the site of Pyandonea. While his ship never returned, his contemporary Topal went northeast instead and became legendary for mapping Tamriel.[1]
