Prince Klaius is the father of Queen Mynisera, who was wedded to King Lynsandus of Daggerfall.[1] At one time Prince Klaius, in the company of King Lysandus, raided a settlement of Orcs and gave his men leave to execute all the children, under the belief that they would only grow strong and hearty—and only an "unwise leader" would show mercy to "subhumans."[1] Regretting this event and not stopping Klaius's actions during it, seemingly led to Lysnadus attempting to retire from the world, absconding from his throne and abandoning his wife to live with his secret lover.[1]

- Prince Klaius hails from an unknown fief, but according to unused game data, Mynisera's side of the family has distant bloodline ties to the Gardner and Woodborne family—both of which are based in the Kingdom of Wayrest.[UOL 1] Additionally, Mynisera is said to "still have influence" in the court of Wayrest after her marriage to King Lysandus.[2]
