Kinlady Torinwe Corelanya was the leader of the Corelanya Clan at some point in the middle years of the 12th century of the First Era. Peace between the Corelanya Altmer and the local Argonian tribes was achieved during her tenure thanks to her efforts.

"In 1E 1244, Torinwe and the chieftains of the Stone-Nest People met at the village of Xor-Hist. Kinlady Torinwe put an end to further Corelanya expansion into eastern Solstice, while the Argonians recognized the lands currently under Corelanya control. Most importantly, both peoples were free to travel all parts of the island, so long as they did not make any new permanent dwellings in the others' territory. This restored Argonian access to various shrines and sacred places across Solstice, alleviating one of the main grievances behind the strife.

Little is known about Torinwe's early life. She rose to lead Clan Corelanya following the deaths of several other kinlords, assassinated amid ongoing conflicts with the Argonians. Torinwe was the first Corelanya ruler to actively seek peace. In 1E 1244, she met with the chieftains of the Stone-Nest people at the village of Xor-Hist. During this meeting, Kinlady Torinwe agreed to halt further Corelanya expansion into eastern Solstice, while the Argonians recognized the lands already under Corelanya control. Crucially, both peoples were granted freedom to travel anywhere on the island, provided they did not establish permanent settlements within each other's territories. This restored Argonian access to important shrines and sacred sites across Solstice, addressing one of the key causes of the earlier conflict. During the negotiations, a dish known as Nocturnal's Mystery was served by a devout follower of Nocturnal to Kinlady Torinwe and the Argonian elders. The chef sought to recreate the Argonian delicacy Saxhleel Nagahsee, but adapted it to suit Altmeri palates.

Corelanya Crypt

Following her death, Torinwe was laid to rest in the Corelanya Crypt, alongside all other Kinrulers except for the last, Istamil. The borders and principles established in the Peace of Xor-Hist remained respected as late as 2E 582. The Corelanyans refrained from expanding further into Argonian lands, while the Stone-Nest Argonians gradually grew accustomed to their presence. This led to a relatively long period of peace and stability, lasting until the times of Istamil and Ryethamil.

Torinwe features prominently in History of Clan Corelanya, authored by Regent Karinwe, the leader of Clan Corelanya during the Interregnum. She is also mentioned in Corelanyan Cuisine by Pameryawen.
