Moon Phase lengthsEdit

Do we have any information on the length of the lunar cycles? One would assume Masser's cycles takes about a month, but what about Secunda? It has to have a different cycle length so that there's mismatch in the phases, and also has an orbital period. Can this data be found in the Construction Set, or would one need to spend a few months waiting in Skyrim to figure it out?--176.52.202.190 07:43, 9 January 2023 (UTC)

This information can be found here:
Skyrim
Oblivion
Morrowind (from what I know it's a 24 day phase)
All three should probably be documented in gamespace to some extent, and then here. --AKB Talk Cont Mail 15:36, 9 January 2023 (UTC)
Short summary of the Information from the above: The lunar cycle is 24 days. For some reason, there appears to be no phase difference coded between Masser and Secunda, rendering 75% of all Khajiit furstocks impossible. Masser has a 24 hour orbit around Nirn, rising and setting basically exactly opposite the sun. Secunda has a 20 hour orbit, rising in conjunction with Masser every fifth day.--176.52.202.190 14:18, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
Addendum: The Calcinator Treatise skill book from Oblivion posits a 28-day lunar cycle.--176.52.202.190 12:49, 11 January 2023 (UTC)
Another Addendum: Short sampling of the night sky in Online makes me believe that it also doesn't have a phase difference between Masser and Secunda, and also doesn't have different orbits for them.--77.23.254.162 06:58, 26 January 2023 (UTC)
