Barusi Venim is a Dark Elf enchanter living in Tel Aruhn. There he sells a variety of magical goods as well as enchanting service to all visitors. He is an Oathman in House Telvanni, but membership in the House is not required to receive his services.
Barusi wears an extravagant robe with matching shoes, and he carries all of the scrolls that he sells.
