Bthanchend is a Dwemer ruin located just inside the Ghostfence, near Maar Gan. It is the only Dwemer ruin inside the Ghostfence not inhabited by the Sixth House.
It contains four rooms spread across three levels. It is a relatively small ruin, but there are several caved-in passageways, suggesting that at one time Bthanchend may have been larger.
Bthanchend contains nine leveled Dwemer constructs guarding various containers and loot: six steel kegs holding ingredients or jewels, two Heavy Dwemer Chests containing ten Dwemer coins and random Dwemer items, and an Ornate Dwemer Chest bearing 25 Dwemer coins and random Dwemer items. Scattered throughout Bthanchend are miscellaneous Dwemer artifacts and a key to the Ornate Dwemer Chest.
