Durbul gro-Rush is an Orc commoner working as foreman for the construction site where the Hlaalu stronghold Rethan Manor is being built. If you are a member of House Hlaalu, Dondos Driler will ask you speak with him to check the progress of your Stronghold. Durbul will inform you that the first phase will be finished within one week. He is only present in the game during the first phase of the Stronghold quest. He will disappear once it has been completed. He is wearing a common shirt, pants and shoes. The only thing he carries is some gold. Like all Orcs, he has a natural resistance to magicka, and can boost his health, fatigue and attack for short periods, at the cost of agility, but otherwise knows no spells.
