Ilanipu Grotto is an underground cave south of Rotheran.
Partially underwater, this grotto off an island south of Rotheran and Dagon Fel transitions into a cave.
It is almost devoid of loot, except two dead adventurers' bodies (the first one high up on a ledge). Both of them are wearing a random magical weapon, and random armor and thieves' tools.

- Your character may have a tendency to become caught in the grass, so saving before exploring the grotto is recommended.
