J'Saddha is an escaped Khajiit slave who was heading to Ald Velothi to escape through its port. Due to being sought after by three slavehunters—-Anes Hlaren, Garyn Girith and Sadal Doren—-he is hiding in a nearby Daedric ruin. You will be asked to throw them off his trail in a Twin Lamps quest.
J'Saddha wears only a slave bracer and a pair of common pants, and carries nothing on his person. Like all Khajiit, he can see well in the dark and can demoralize others for short periods, but otherwise he knows no spells.
