Llaalam Dredil is a Dark Elf savant and adviser to Duke Vedam Dren. He is located upstairs of the Grand Council Chamber, standing next to the Duke. He is looking for someone to run an errand for him.
Llaalam wears expensive shirt with matching pants, shoes, and belt. He also carries a letter and up to 50 gold. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
