Moroni Uvelas is a Dark Elf trader who runs a small liquor store in the Brewers and Fishmongers Hall, located in the western corridor of Vivec's St. Olms Canton waistworks. Her husband, Danar, is a known skooma-addict, and has recently gone missing.
