Addrald is a Nord outlaw part of Gudarz's gang who can be found at the Saltwalker Militia Camp. You'll find him at the northern gate along with Raynan and Iragahr. He cannot be spoken to. Once you challenge Gudarz, he will cheer and spectate the duel.
