Apothecaries are Dunmer healers who can be found at the gate between Stonefalls and Bal Foyen, treating injured refugees. There are two right next to the gate. One is tending to a refugee, the other is attempting to perform rudimentary CPR on a dead Dunmer refugee. Other Apothecaries are in tents and around the road leading to Davon's Watch. Male Apothecaries have green robes, while female Apothecaries have red robes. They have no unique dialogue.
