The Ash'abah Healer is a Redguard member of the Ash'abah found at Tu'whacca's Throne. While speaking with Ramati at-Gar, you can choose to pick the healer or the Ash'abah Warrior to help you deal with the dead at Tu'whacca's Throne.
If you become separated, he will momentarily leave you. In the case you are also doing A Reckoning with Uwafa and are about to enter Tu'whacca's Sanctum, he will apologize and leave.
