As you enter the warehouse, you may overhear a conversation:
- Bandit: "Please, I did just as you asked!"
- Assassin: "Yes. Yes, you did."
The assassin then stabs him and disappears. You can then walk up and take the Deployment Plans.

- If someone else is also doing the related quest at the same time, you may hear the Bandit's voice while standing outside. When you enter he will already be dead.
