Borasa is a Nord found in the settlement of Hrogar's Hold. You can find her in the main building, upstairs with a groveling Aldrig at her feet.
During the related quest, she and Aldrig will follow Hrogar to the Hold Cellar, and will fight when the goblins invade. She has no unique dialogue.
