Brigadine Cartiar is an Imperial member of the Ivory Brigade. He can be encountered in Leyawiin during the attack on Leyawiin Castle by the Order of the Waking Flame. He will be at the side entrance to the castle, along with Brigadine Pazipa and Eveli Sharp-Arrow.
The trio will have been fighting their way inside before you arrive.
He will also be among the troops Lyranth gathered to storm Destruction's Solace during Ambition's End.
