Brinarch is a Reachman Briarheart and a member of the Dark Witnesses who took over the Fallen Grotto and became a champion of Hircine. He has ousted the Glenmoril Wyrd from the grotto and intends to take over the kingdom of Evermore, which was once part of ancient Reachmen lands.

He is initially met at the statue of Hircine in the Hunting Grounds mirror realm of the grotto, and must later be fought at the Dark Witness camp south of it in order to claim his Briar Heart and retake the grotto.

Speaking to his spectral projection after defeating Hircine's aspects:

"You don't look like much. Why would Hircine send you to me as a challenger? Does he mock me? Or is there more to you than meets the eye?"

After speaking to the Spirit of the Hunt:

"A final challenge for us both. This should be easy."
It may be more of a challenge than you think.
"Doubtful. I defeated the Wyrd, I'll defeat you just as easily.
The power of the briar heart will be mine permanently. Soon, I'll retake Evermore and all the land which once belonged to my people. Your kind will be stamped out, and I will rule all!"
Those lands will never be yours again.
"That's what you think. Come and get me! The briarheart, this grotto, Evermore, and all these petty kingdoms will be mine!"

Skills and AbilitiesEdit

Quick Strike
A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.
Low Slash
The enemy slashes the target's shins, dealing moderate physical damage and snaring. Blocking will reduce the damage taken, but not the snare.
Focused Charge
The enemy charges forward, doing moderate physical damage and knocking down any targets within the red rectangle. Blocking will reduce the damage taken and prevent the knock down. If the enemy does not hit anything, it will be stunned for a few seconds.
