When you are asked to search Cipher's Eye to see what is causing the commotion, you will find her weeping over Cipher Hulnan's body. Once you examine the body, she will say the following:
- Cipher Deze-Ska: "Poor Hulnan! The Seeker just swooped in, struck him down, flew off. They've never attacked the settlement before!"
