- Imbue your fallen enemies with the power of a blizzard!
Every 10 seconds defeating an enemy will cause the enemy to shatter, dealing (?) / 42252 Frost Damage to nearby enemies.
This verse will cause defeated enemies to shatter and deal Frost Damage to other nearby enemies in a 5 meter radius.

- The damage value scales off 40% of your Max Magicka or Max Stamina, whichever is the highest + 4 times your Weapon Damage or Spell Damage, whichever is the highest. Then your damage bonuses apply.
