The Emperor Style is an unobtainable outfit style. Although the individual armor pieces exist in the game data, they can only be worn together as the Emperor's Regalia costume. During the conclusion of the main quest, you will don this costume for a brief period. Empress Regent Clivia Tharn, and by extension Molag Kena, wear alternate versions of this style.
