Foreman Nox is a Dark Elf laborer and the foreman of the Vassir-Didanat Mine. He can be found in Balmora near the well outside of the Fighters Guild as part of the quest Like Blood from a Stone. He cannot be spoken to and only occasionally mutters typical drunken phrases.
