Izishsu is a Khajiit member of the Baandari clan who can be found at their camp near Sailenmora. He does not appear until the related quest has begun.

Quest-Related EventsEdit
Hirziran, Broomtail, Izishsu, and Eilirsu-dro are kidnapped and held hostage in the Old Sailenmora Outpost while you're chasing the Lark of Rosgard through the Sailenmora Crypts. Elder Eilirsu-dro is saved by the Lark: you'll need to rescue the other hostages in the Outpost Annex.
Once you unchain Izishsu, he'll thank you before fleeing back to camp:
- Izishsu: "This one shall pay your favor forward!"
