Knock Knock is awarded for gaining entry to Voria's Sanctum in Unhallowed Grave and defeat the beast within. You can gain entry by using the ghostly grapple points in the Accursed Canyon to reach Voria the Heart-Thief and defeating her. These become unavailable after defeating the final boss.
