Legionary Pandetuile is a High Elf scout for the Aldmeri Dominion, serving under Captain Ciranya in a unit consisting of reformed thieves and highwaymen. They were responsible for guarding the lighthouse at South Beacon, but were caught unawares by a Maormer invasion force and taken captive.

After rescuing Captain Ciranya, she will ask you to free Pandetuile, along with Legionary Uulion and Legionary Norfando. When you locate her, she will be bitter about the defeat.
- "Maormer scum. They took us by surprise. Did the Captain send you?"
- She wants you to meet her at Skylight Beach.
- "Skylight Beach? Ha! I know just where it is!"
After you release her bonds, she will head off before saying:
- Legionary Pandetuile: " "Good luck."
When you meet her at Skylight Beach, she will be tending to Tanacar's injuries.
- "Legionary Tanacar's in bad shape, but he'll pull through."
- Can I ask you something?
- "Ask away."
- Your captain really seems to inspire loyalty.
- "Captain Ciranya is a mentor to us all. She's one of the finest scouts in Tamriel. She personally created all of the most commonly used maps across the continent."
After you destroy the beacon, Pandetuile will be triumphant.
- "The Maormer will think twice before threatening Vulkhel Guard again!"
