DialogueEdit
When you first arrive at the camp, he'll be writhing on his cot, semi-delusional:
- "Talia … Talia? Is that you? I-I'm … so dizzy …."
Morwha's CurseEdit
After helping his daughter, Talia at-Marimah, to gather ingredients for a hopefull cure for Marimah, approach his tent and you'll overhear:
- Talia at-Marimah "Please, Father! There must be some way!"
- Marimah "You must accept this, Talia. My time has come. Go prepare the potion. I must speak with our guest."
- Talia at-Marimah "I do not like this, but I will do as you say, Father."
Speak to him after his daughter leaves and he'll say:
- "You are welcome to our camp.
We are usually generous hosts, but … under the circumstances, I hope you understand." - Of course I understand.
- "You have seen, of course … the tribe is weak, and I am soon to return to the sand.
Another must fulfill the sacred duty of the Ash'abah … that other is you. It has been foreseen." - Me? I have to fulfill the duty of the Ash'abah?
- "Yes. There can be no doubt. The Withered Hand … we have never faced such a threat, but it is our duty to stop them.
You … you must become one of us, you must become an Ash'abah. Then you must stop the Withered Hand." - How do I become an Ash'abah?
- "There is a ritual. My daughter … I told her the ingredients were for an antidote, but she knows now, they are for your initiation.
There is not much time. You must decide … are you willing to join us, to become an Ash'abah?" - Yes. I will join the tribe. / That sounds reasonable. I'll join.
- "Thank you. You move a great weight off of the heart of a dying man.
The future of our tribe … our honor … depends on you fulfilling our duty and fighting … the Withered Hand."
- "Thank you. You move a great weight off of the heart of a dying man.
- I must know more before I can commit.
- "I understand your hesitation, but … whether you join us or not, defeating the Withered Hand is your destiny.
By becoming Ash'abah … you are simply fullfilling our duty by doing what you are already destined to do. Nothing further is expected."
- "I understand your hesitation, but … whether you join us or not, defeating the Withered Hand is your destiny.
If you exit out of the conversation before completing the quest, he will say:
- "Please…there is not much time.
First, you must decide…are you willing to join us, to become…an Ash'abah?" - Yes. I will join the tribe. (Leads to quest completion dialogue)
The InitiationEdit
Continue to speak to him and he'll say:
- "My daughter is … not happy right now. She is as stubborn as her mother was, but … death will not be stayed.
Be assured though, initiate … after you complete the trial, she will help you fight the Hand if you wish." - I'm ready to face the trial.
- "That is good. I believe she has finished … mixing the potion for your initiation. Speak to her when you are ready to begin the trial.
May Tu'whacca guide your path, initiate … always." - Thank you. I will speak with Talia.
Speak to him again and he'll only repeat:
- "I believe Talia has finished … mixing the potion for your initiation. Speak to her when you are ready to begin the trial.
May Tu'whacca guide your path, initiate … always."
