Menredius Cortin is an Imperial merchant who can be found in Necrom. He sells "Cortin's Astounding Cordial" and has recently been in business with Harn Orenvi.

Quest-Related EventsEdit
After you come across Sharp-as-Night, he will ask you to speak with Harn Orenvi to find out some information. When you speak with Harn, and you are unable to convince him otherwise, he will ask you to bring some red blossoms to a few of his associates before he provides you the information.
Menredius can be found at his stall near the fountain in Necrom:
- Menredius Cortin: "Try Cortin's Astounding Cordial. Guaranteed to restore energy, sharpen your mind, help your eyesight, and more!"
Speak with him to hand over the Red Blossom:
- "Are you here to try Cortin's Cordial, the new improved formula with half the bitterness and twice the benefits?
One sip will get you hooked! Guaranteed!" - I've been asked to give this to you.
- "For me? Is it from …?
Oh no!"
At the sight of the flower, Menredius will panic and run off:
- Menredius Cortin: "I need more time. Please! The cordial will catch on, I promise!"
You can encounter Menredius again after you have handed out the rest of the blossoms, when you head to the Mourner's Solace Inn to meet Harn and find out what he knows about Reynila. He and Menredius will be talking:
- Harn Orenvi: "You can't just go making claims about this cordial, Menredius. It has to actually work."
- Menredius Cortin: "I'll try using columbine flowers in the next batch. I'll just need to find a steady supply. You'll get a return on your investment soon, Harn. I promise!"
- Harn Orenvi: "Well, if it isn't my flower f'lah."
Speaking with Menredius before Harn:
- "Oh! It's you again. Don't worry—I understood Harn's message perfectly!"
