Mother Krkktkk is a chaurus who can be found with her handler Zrem-Zram in her nesting cavern in the Chillwind Depths. Together, they serve as the boss of the delve.

She fights in the same way as a regular Chaurus Reaper, with one extra ability and another modified.
- Ravage
- A basic melee attack which deals minor damage.
- Reaching Snap
- A basic melee attack with a longer range which deals minor damage.
- Acid Spit
- A basic ranged attack which deals poison damage
- Spine Spin
- The chaurus spins around, as indicated by a circular AoE, dealing damage.
- Undulating Charge
- When standing further away, the chaurus charges forward dealing damage and staggering the target.
- Reap
- The chaurus stings with its tail, dealing poison damage, stunning and applying "Reaping Brood". Reaping Brood deals minor magic damage and spawns a Chaurus Egg nearby after 2 seconds. This can be blocked to prevent the stun and the egg from spawning.
- Thrill
- The chaurus screams which makes the eggs spawn Chaurus Hatchlings. In this case, Thrill doesn't depend on Reap to work, as Chaurus Eggs already are present in the arena with which Thrill can be used on.
- Sticky Venom
- Mother Krkktkk spits a glob of poison at you, which explodes on contact with the ground, leaving a large pool of poison that deals constant damage and snares you, indicated by a large circular AoE.
- Chaurus Venom
- All chaurus attacks have a chance of applying "Charus Venom" which deals poison damage over time.
