- "I thank Tall Papa every day that I am able to be here. I love the water … it is so very unlike where I grew up, but my heart always yearned for it. Even before I ever encountered it!"
- "Sometimes the sunrise over the water makes me believe I've seen Tava's red feathers splayed out across the very sky."
After the events of The Siege of Vastyr, she will focus on healing:
- "Tall Papa will guide those we lost. Each star in the night sky will lead them…none will be lost."
- "Tu'whacca will guide us through these troubling times, I believe this with all my heart. Though the cathedral no longer stands, we must keep hope in our hearts."
