Nuluufarya is a High Elf who can be found in Alinor. You can find him in multiple places in the city (see Notes below). He and Elaasare are always found together and seem to be in some sort of conspiracy. When approached, Nuluufarya will shush Elaasare and the two of them will only stare at you. He has no unique dialogue.

- In front of Alinor Crest Townhouse.
- On the bridge to the Alinor Royal Palace.
