- Defeat Saint Olms the Just, Saint Llothis the Pious, and Saint Felms the Bold in the same battle without suffering a group member death within 15 minutes of entering the Sanctuary Atrium in Veteran Asylum Sanctorium.
Perfect Purification is awarded for defeating all three bosses in one fight in the Asylum Sanctorium at Veteran difficulty level, without suffering a group member death and within 15 minutes of starting the trial. Note that by earning this, you will also earn Asylum Sanctorium Redeemer at the same time, as all of the requirements for that achievement are covered by this one. It is thus impossible to receive either of these two achievements without earning both.
