Siraj is a Redguard who is found dead on Stros M'Kai in a small cave just west of the Sandy Grotto Wayshrine. His sister is Terina, and a crumpled letter can be found on him.
Reading this note will start the quest Dead Man's Wrist. His betrayer's corpse is at the mouth of the cave.
