The Blighted Carapace is a powerful soulrazer knight boss of the Spire of the Crimson Coin public dungeon. It functions exactly like the common Soulrazer Knight Sentinel.

- Basic melee attack dealing moderate physical damage to a target.
- Heavy Attack
- The Blighted Carapace charges a heavy attack, dealing high physical damage to a target. Blocking this attack staggers The Blighted Carapace
- Exploding Charge
- A two step attack. The Blighted Carapace slams its weapon on a target, dealing moderate physical damage. Then a small area forms on the ground under every close target which after a small delay burst, dealing moderate magic damage and knocking back targets inside.
- Shield Throw
- A two step attack. The Blighted Carapace throws his shield in a straight line in front of him, dealing moderate physical damage, staggering and stunning targets in its wake. Then the shield returns to The Blighted Carapace, again dealing moderate physical damage, staggering and stunning targets in its wake.
