Time Out is awarded for freezing a total of 40 enemies using Time Shards synergy during the battle against Matriarch Lladi Telvanni in Bal Sunnar on any difficulty.
After the battle reaches full arena AoE phase for the first time, Saresea will occasionally place Time Shards on the ground. Using their synergy will freeze all adds present on the arena for a short time.
