Timeo Dubroc is a Breton knight who can be found together with Minasi Nelvilo as a random encounter in the High Isle.

As you approach him you can hear him reading out the charges:
- Timeo Dubroc : "The charges include larceny, goat smuggling, fraud, and excessive use of profanity in the presence of nobility!"
- Minasi Nelvilo : "Goat smuggling and offending her ladyship? I'm a feared criminal and you charge me with that?"
You can talk to him:
- "For these charges listed, Minasi Nelvilo is sentenced to hang from the neck until dead.
Unless … uh, you best not be stepping in the path of justice." - What's going on here?
- "I captured the slipperiest pirate this archipelago has ever seen. Minasi eluded my grasp seven times. But—at last—I've managed to put her reign of terror to an end. This time, she won't be released to wreak her havoc on the unsuspecting."
- She's getting away.
- "She what—not again! Minasi! Please stop! In the name of the Divines!"
- You're sure she won't escape again?
- "Quite confident. I double checked her binds myself. This time I finally have her. She's just—not again! Stop in the name of the law!"
Timeo will then notice that Minasi has escaped:
- Minasi Nelvilo : "Dumac take this. Just try and catch me now you flat-footed fool!"
- Timeo Dubroc : "Halt! I said halt!"
At which point Minasi runs off into the wilds, with Timeo chasing her.
