The Watcher at the Bridge is a Nord spirit responsible for guarding the entrance to Sovngarde. He will first appear at the summit of Skuldafn, and allow you access to the portal at the behest of Queen Nurnhilde. Afterwards, he can be found guarding the Bridge to Sovngarde, where he will tell you to turn back.
