Cleaver of St. Felms

The Cleaver of St. Felms is a war axe artifact. Tempering the Cleaver of St. Felms requires a Dwarven Metal Ingot and the Arcane Blacksmith perk. Having the Dwarven Smithing Perk doubles the improvement.

It is carried by Vesparth the Toe, a follower of the Tribunal who has taken refuge with the other remaining worshippers. The Cleaver can be obtained by trading with her if she is alive and following you (if you chose to side with the Tribunal Temple), or looted off her corpse.
