Fangtusk is a unique horker that has become especially dangerous after swallowing the Vampiric Ring -- along with the vampire that bore it. Fangtusk will cast Vampiric Drain during combat, having gained the ability from the ring. Once you have defeated the vampiric horker, you can claim the artifact for yourself.
