The Alik'r mercenaries

Lord's Mail is a Creation that adds the eponymous Lord's Mail armor. It was released on November 30, 2017 for 300 Creation Credits. Before its addition, the Lord's Mail last appeared in Morrowind.

Official SummaryEdit

The legendary Imperial relic known as The Lord's Mail is rumored to be in the possession of Redguard mercenaries. The Imperial Legion has ordered you to retrieve it by any means. (Quest "Gift of Kynareth" starts by reading "Letter to General Tullius" at Castle Dour in Solitude.)

OverviewEdit

The quest Gift of Kynareth will start when you read a letter to General Tullius in Castle Dour in Solitude. It'll direct you to a camp of Alik'r mercenaries in Whiterun Hold. However, the Lord's Mail is cursed and you will need to return to Solitude to seek the blessing of Kynareth at the Temple of the Divines. The armor itself is heavy ebony with a constant health drain effect for enemies who get into range.

NotesEdit

• This Creation received an update in February 2019 which modified the Lord's Mail armor texture and made the new Redguard outfits available at Radiant Raiment.
• The Redguard set worn by Majid The Mad is unique and must be looted before leaving the area or he'll be despawned upon return. This variant is visually identical to Nazir's set, differing only in ID, making Majid the only non-glitch option to obtain the set without destroying the Dark Brotherhood.
