The Stormcloak Champion is a Nord warrior acting as the Champion of the Stormcloaks.
If you steal Klija's Snow Bear Pelts from Klija Wolf-Claw but decide to side with the Legion during the related quest, the Champion will appear at the battle location on the plains of Whiterun Hold alongside several Stormcloak soldiers. You will need to kill him and loot everything from his corpse in order to complete the quest. You can speak to him briefly before the battle commences.
The Champion wears Storm-Bear armor, boots, gauntlets, and helmet, and in combat he wields Tsun's Judgement. He also carries the Storm-Bear sword and shield.
