Doors permanently locked (possible bug?)Edit

The doors of the Fishery are always locked when I go there, not just at night but no matter the time of day or how long I wait in front of the building. I got the key as a reward for In A Pinch, so I can get in with no trouble and this isn't really an issue in terms of gameplay, but unsure whether this is intended behaviour. Is it like this for anyone else? (I'm playing on Switch, with the most recent update that added some CC content installed, Survival Mode is not active.
