→Magic: No limit on summons in Morrowind. "One per summon type" is a misconception. Casting the same spell twice will refresh the minion(s) summoned by it, but using multiple spells that summon the same type of creatures will summon new ones.

→Commerce: Elaborated on the conditions that merchants equip items sold to them in Morrowind. Also it's not caused by "a bug," NPCs equipping items in their inventory is by design, as is the fact that sold items are placed in their inventories.
