This template lists the information for each achievement; specifically made for a uniform display.
ParametersEdit
| Parameter | Scope | Description |

| 1 | required | The name of the achievement. Specifically, the name of the page that contains the {{Save Named Values}}. This is important for disambiguated pages, such as Skyrim:Thief (achievement). |
| name | optional | The displayed name on the template (Currently defined on the redirect achievement page.) |
| points | optional | The number of points awarded for unlocking the achievement (Currently defined on the redirect achievement page.) |
| trophy | optional | The level of trophy awarded for unlocking the achievement (Currently defined on the redirect achievement page.) |
| descr | optional | The criteria for unlocking the achievement (Currently defined on the redirect achievement page.) |
| imgsize | optional | The size of the achievement icon. Defaults to 30px. |
