| Parameter | Scope | Description |

| merchcat | required | The item type, based on greater categories (listed on the main page for the Merchandise namespace: Art, Apparel, Home and Office Accessories, Novelty Items, Dishes, etc.). Autolinked, defines the first section of the trail. |
| type | required | The type of dish/apparel/novelty item etc. |
| availability | optional | For Loot Crate items or products unavailable through conventional shopping means, such as promotional water bottles given away for free at conventions. |
| listing | optional | A link to an official listing for the item. The hyperlinked word or phrase should consist of the name of the online storefront the item is available on (Bethesda Gear Store, Noblechairs, etc.) |
| manufacturer | optional | A link to the manufacturer's website, if available. |
| measurements | Provided dimensions for physical objects. | price |
| optional | The price listed on the official listing, with currency specified. | sizes |
| optional | Available sizes for clothing. | status |
| optional | Information on whether the item is currently available from an official vendor. Also used to specify whether an item is available for pre-order. |
