The Bazaar Sewers are the sewer system beneath the Great Bazaar.
The Great Bazaar is the center for all traders and merchants. The trapdoor entrance to the sewers is in the southernmost corner. Nothing of interest is down here other than a great number of undead and goblins. There are a few quests that lead you down here, namely to the Manor District, the secret hideout of the Dark Brotherhood.
Close to the entrance you'll encounter the Dunmer woman Narisa Adus looking for revenge.
