Pete Hines has clarified Todd Howard's comments at Quakecon in a way that essentially restores the status quo ante. "Both Todd and I have said repeatedly that, of course, we're going to do another Elder Scrolls game.", he said in a post on BethBlog. The post also scotches rumors of an Elder Scrolls MMO made by Bethesda itself, but it leaves open the possibility of one done by ZeniMax Online Studios.
