surname — the last name of the person (also included in the article name).
givenname — the first name, and any middle names (also included in the article name). Each name is separated by a space.
nameprefix — this is where you place formal titles, such as "Rev.", "Dr.", or other indications of title that typically precede a person's name.
namesuffix — this is where you place designations that typically follow a person's name, such as "Jr.", "III", etc. These will be included in the article name as well, so some designations, such as "PhD", "EdD", etc. should NOT be included here; they should instead be noted within the article itself.
gender — include "Male" or "Female" here
DOB — the person's birthdate; the field itself is freeform, please adhere to the following format for all date fields: DAY MONTH YEAR — for example 25 JUN 1876.
birthplace — the person's place of birth; again a freeform field, but please include all information in the following format: [STATE] [COUNTY NAME] County, [CITY]. This format is used to create links to the locations in the "Places" area of the site. If you are missing a piece of information, don't despair; just fill in what you have and mark the article with a {{cleanup}} tag and someone will fix the issue during regular site maintenance.
DOD — the person's date of death; again please use the date format described above.
POD — the person's place of death; again use the location format described above.
burialdate — the date the person was interred
burialplace — the place the person was interred
fathersurname — the father's surname (will be used to create a link to the father's article)
fathergivenname — the father's given name, i.e. first and middle names (will be used to create a link to the father's article)
fathernameprefix — any formal prefixes for the father's name (will show up in the link to the father's name, but will not actually be included in the father's article name)
fathernamesuffix — any formal suffixes, as outlined above, for the father's name (will be used to create a link to the father's article)
mothersurname = — the mother's maiden surname (will be used to create a link to the mother's article)
