- ME 129 — The Drekihrim Calamity
- High Priestess Kulaasdaanikgolt attempts to read from her Elder Scroll, but unleashes an enormous blast of ice which engulfs the forests of Drekihrim freezing the once green woodlands. It's believed this was the origin Atmora's Freezing.
- ME 128 — Ysgramor leaves Atmora
- By the order of Priestess Kulaasdaanikgolt, Ysgramor leaves Atmora with a fleet of ships to establish settlements on Tamriel.
- ME 128 — Saarthal is founded
- Ysgramor and his sons, Ylgar and Yngol, establish the first human city in Skyrim.
- ME 127 — Heimverlund is born
- The son of Yngol is born on Atmora.
- ME 120 — Night of Tears
- The city of Saarthal is sacked by an army of Snow Elves. Ysgramor and his two sons flee back to Atmora.
- ME 119 — Ysgramor Returns to Skyrim
- Ysgramor his son and the Five Hundred Companions depart from Atmora to seek revenge for the Night of Tears. Yngol dies after his ship is destroyed in the Storm of Separation.

- The Snow Elf capital is razed by the Five Hundred Companions.
- ME 118 — The Battle of the Moesring
- Atmorans battle the last remnants of the Snow Elves of the island of Solstheim.
- The Snow Prince is killed during the battle.

- The oldest human settlement is founded by Ysgramor after his conquest of Skyrim.
- ME 117 — Prince Heimverlund arrives in Skyrim
- The young future king arrives in the new land with his clan.

- The founding cities of Skyrim are established by the Circle of Captains.

- Ysgramor exterminates hundred of Giants from the hinterlands of Skyrim, culminating with the death of their chieftain, Sinmur.
- ME 105 — Ysgramor develops a writing system
- Based on elven principles, Ysgramor established a system to transcribe Nordic speech.
- ME 99 — Ysgramor dies
- The Harbinger dies of natural causes. He is buried in a traditional Atmoran barrow facing Atmora.

- Ysgramor's son inherits the throne and continues his conquests.
- ME 98 — Ylgar invades Morrowind
- Ylgar and the Jylkurfyk torc-brigade begin incursions against the Chimer ash tribes.
- Entire swaths of the eastern coast of Morrowind is annexed.
- ME 96 — Jylkurfyk torc-brigade is exterminated
- The Chimer summon two Daedric creatures which wipe out Ylgar's entire invading army.
- ME 95 — Atmoran emissaries arrive in Windhelm
- Envoys from the Dragon Cult in Atmora deliver a decree to Ylgar stating their intention to migrate.
- ME 94 — Dragon Cult arrive in Skyrim
- The ruling council from Atmora arrive and negotiate a land and power share with King Ylgar.
- ME 93 — Bromjunaar is founded
- The Dragon Cult build a vast temple to their gods which eventually becomes a thriving city.
- ME 93 — Prince Heimverlund departs for Atmora
- The future king sails back to Atmora to become an anointed Dragon Priest.
- ME 91 — The Battle of Autumn Field
- Olaf Honnith's army eradicate numerous elven insurgents in southern Skyrim.
- ME 90 — Riften is founded
- Following the Battle of Autumn Field, King Ylgar orders the construction of the city.
- ME 90 — The Old Holds are established
- King Ylgar divides his kingdom into four Holds. Eastmarch, Winterhold and the Rift remain under his control, but the pale is ceded to the priesthood.
- ME 83 — The Atmoran Exodus
- A mass migration from Atmora to Skyrim occurs when Prince Heimverlund sails an enormous fleet of longboats back to Skyrim, as numerous dragons follow overhead.
- Dawnstar and Winterhold are expanded to accommodate.
- The towns of Wittestadr and Ivarstead are founded.
- ME 82 — Heimverlund weds Finna Prince-Slayer
- The young priest marries the famed shield-maiden of Solstheim.
- ME 81 — Ylgar dies
- He is buried in the husk of his ship, The Darumzu.
- ME 81 — Prince Heimverlund becomes High King
- ME 81 — Totem-King Heimverlund joins the ruling council
- He inherites the name and title of Vokun from his predecessor on Atmora.
- ME 80 — Crown Prince Grymvaar is born
- Heimverlund named successor to the throne is born.
- ME 70 — Prince Jafnhar is born
- ME 77 — Snowhawk is founded
- King Heimverlund displaces Orcish settlers in the west and establishes Hjaalmarch Hold, with Snowhawk as its capital.
- ME 75 — War of the Marsh
- The displaced Orcs of the west band together under chief Krul gro-Urdnot rebel against the priesthood, but are exterminated in the Drajkmyr marshlands.
- ME 62 — The Skerd are wiped out
- Almost the entire clan of Ysgramor are assassinated in Windhelm during the Feast of the Dead.
- ME 62 — Totem-King Heimverlund is deposed
- Heimverlund is driven insane after witnessing the destruction of his clan and flees to the temple of High Gate.
- The priesthood replace him with Miraak and claim his holdings.
- ME 61 — Jafnhar the Young is killed
- The only surviving heir to Heimverlund's throne is his nine year old son, who is killed by the Dragon Lodunost after attempting to have his rule recognised.
- ME 61 — Iglund Forgefire is born
- The illegitimate child of Crown Prince Grymvaar is born to Svari Forgefire.
- ME 59 — Vundeheim is reduced to ash
- The rebellious village of Vundeheim is completely reduced to ash after a high priest conjures an unending lightning storm upon it as punishment.
- ME 33 — Svari Forgefire dies
- ME 31 — Valdimar Forgefire is born
- The child of Iglund Forgefire, last known survivor of Ysgramor's bloodline, is born.
- ME 11 — Alduin awakens
- The World-Eater awakes descended upon Skyrim, but instead of bringing about the end times, he begins his lordship over the Nords.
- ME 10 — Miraak rebels against Alduin
- In an effort to assert his authority, Miraak forsakes his Dragon overlords and leaves the Dragon Cult.
- ME 10 — The Dragon War begins
- Valdimar Forgefire leads a rebellion against the Dragons.
- Nords learn the Thu'um from the Dragon Paarthunaax.
- ME 02 — The Battle of Anthor
- The regent of Dawnstar, Warlord Gathrik, led his Army of the Undead to the foothills of Mount Anthor to fight against Valdimar's rebels.

- 1E 01 — Bromjunaar falls
- One of the last strongholds of the priesthood is sacked after its attacked by Valdimar's forces. High Priest Morokei is slain.
- 1E 03 — The Battle of Snow-Throat
- Alduin is banished from Nirn at the summit of the Throat of the World.
- 1E 03 — The Dragon War ends
- Valdimar Forgefire is victorious in his war against the Dragons.
- 1E 03 — Vukeinziivul flees Skyrim
- One of Alduin's dragon generals escapes Valdimar's forces and seeks refuge with the Ayleids in Cyrodiil.
- 1E 03 — Valdimar becomes High King
- Following the Dragon War the citizenry of Skyrim name Valdimar as their king. The Vulpine Scepter is gifted to him by Hans the Fox as a symbol of his rule.
- 1E 04 — Hans the Fox disappears
- Valdimar's wartime general leaves the High King's side and is never seen again.
- 1E 04 — King Valdimar sends envoys to Atmora
- In an effort to bolster the drastically reduced population, Valdimar sends emissaries to Atmora to encourage a new wave of migration, which arrive the following year.

- 1E 06 — Hjornskar the Wolf is born
- The eldest child of High King Valdimar is born.

- 1E 58 — Solitude is founded
- Following the extermination of the Orcs of Haafingar, King Hjornskar the Wolf orders the construction of Solitude.
- 1E 59 — King Hjornskar the Wolf dies
- On the eve of his Konunleikar, the High King dies after winning a city-wide drinking contest.
- 1E 59 — Einarth of the East becomes High King
- Jarl Einarth from the House of Fjora ascends to the throne.
- 1E 60 — The Battle of Cinder Valley
- High King Einarth succeeds in pushing his forces through the Cinder Valley and conquering Mount Trolhetta.

- Two battered ships laden with corpses beg to make port in Windhelm.
- The survivors claim the mythical Atmoran frost-oak "Hvergvalinn" has fallen.
- 1E 69 — Valdimar the Vanquisher dies
- The retired High King dies at the age of 105.

- King Einarth's scouts report of a vast city of brass that supposedly appeared out of nowhere.

- The High King is killed after attempting to wage war on the Dwemer city of Nchuand-Zel.
- 1E 75 — Thane Hrogar becomes High King
- The younger brother of Einarth ascends to the throne.
- 1E 76 — The Orcish Purge
- Bjarfrud Skjoralmor leads three campaigns in the forests of Falkreath Hold to drive out Orcish settlers.
- 1E 77 — Falkreath is founded
- Bjarfrud Skjoralmor establishes the town of Falkreath and rules as its Jarl for the next decade..
- 1E 77 — The First Sunken Crusade begins
- High King Hrogar declares war on the Dwemer city of Nchuand-Zel.
- 1E 83 — Archmage Galdur is born
- 1E 88 — The First Sunken Crusade ends
- After fighting to a stalemate, High King Hrogar orders his troop to withdraw from The Reach.
- Hrogar Brass-Bane, ashamed of his defeat, imposed self-exile unto himself and abdicates the throne before leaving Skyrim.
- 1E 88 — Jarl Bjarfrud Skjoralmor becomes High King
- Hrogar's cousin from the House of Asbjorn ascends to the throne.
- 1E 89 — The Velothi Uprising
- A violent rebellion breaks out in the occupied regions of Morrowind but is quelled within the year.
- 1E 98 — The White Flood occurs
- The banks of the White River burst, flooding large parts of Eastmarch.
- 1E 99 — The First Battle of Pale Pass
- High King Bjarfrud Skjoralmor invades Cyrodiil but is met by the Ayleid army of Rielle.
- After three days Bjarfrud's forces are victorious, but the High King himself is slain in battle.
- 1E 99 — Vundheim Silver-Hand becomes High King
- The Harbinger of the Companions and nephew of King Bjarfrud ascends to the throne.

- 1E 100 — The Ilinalta Outriders are established
- Jarl Solaf Skjoralmor's elite horsemen form a distinguished order of cavalry knights.
- 1E 101 — The Companions are promoted to High King's honor guard
- 1E 103 — The town of H'roldan is founded
- 1E 104 — Winterblade Arena is built in Windhelm
- 1E 105 — The town of Granite Hill is founded
- 1E 107 — Magus Halldir's Insurrection
- The court wizard of Falkreath is revealed to be a necromancer after attempting to overthrow the Jarl. He is stopped and imprisoned in a nearby cairn.
- 1E 108 — First Council of the Hawk is established to oversee numerous religion reforms.
- 1E 108 — Jyrik Gauldurson is born
- 1E 110 — King Vundheim Silver-Hand is assassinated
- The High King is killed while on a hunting expedition, leaving his court is disarray.
- The Companions of Whiterun are disgraced for failing to protect their king, and immediately discharged as the king's honor guard.
- 1E 110 — Valdar the Far Sighted becomes High King
- The younger brother of King Vundheim ascends to the throne.

- An enoumous fire enguls the city but is extinguished by the thu'um of Haknir the Baleful.

- The Ayleid city-states of Ninendava, Rielle, and Sedor wage war on Skyrim.
- 1E 134 — Vukeinziivul's return
- The great dragon Vukeinziivul returns and aids the Ayleid forces against High King Hakir.
- After a great battle, Haknir slays both Vukeinziivul and his dragon priest servant Korthosiis.
- 1E 134 — The Jagged Crown is created
- High King Haknir forges the crown from the bones of Vukeinziivul after the Vulpine Scepter is destroyed.

- As foretold in the Prophecy of the Usurper, Belharza is slain by his own troops and Lord Ami-El assumes the Ruby Throne.
- 1E 332 — Queen Yrsa Snowblade is killed
- The High Queen of the First Empire is killed alongside King Belharza in the Imperial City.
- 1E 332 — Borgas of Winterhold becomes High King
- 1E 337 — The Black Watch replaces Skyrim's guard regiments
- King Borgas abolishes the traditional guard regiments of the empire.
- 1E 339 — Frostcrag Hold is relinquished to the Alessian Empire
- King Borgas grants the entire Hold to Emperor Ami-El.

- 1E 361 — The Alessian Doctrines are enforced in Cyrodiil.
- The Alessian Order becomes the dominant political factor in the Alessian Empire, and their doctrines are enforced throughout Cyrodiil and northern Tamriel.
- 1E 362 — The Sisterhood of the Hawk is exterminated
- 1E 362 — The Alessian Doctrines are enforced in Skyrim
- 1E 369 — High King Borgas is killed.
- High King Borgas is killed by the Wild Hunt

- The Moot fails to elect Jarl Hanse as the next ruler of Skyrim and war erupts across the Nordic Empire. The conflict leads to the Empire's dissolution as its territories in Morrowind, High Rock, and Cyrodiil break away. The war ends in 1E 420 with the Pact of Chieftains.
