Yes, but given that there were a dozen templates in one style, that is an implied consensus. You don't have the right to change that on a personal whim.

The only reason I am "also harping on policy an awful lot" as Ratwar says is that I got a link to that very policy when he gave it to me!!!

None of what I have done violates any policy. I saw edits that were made that I didn't like and there was no discussion linked to those changes so I removed them. That is how wikias are supposed to work. Yes I use Tiscali like about 2 million other people in the UK but that doesnt mean I am anybody you think I am!!!
