BlockedEdit

This IP address has been blocked from editing UESPWiki for one week. You have been asked and warned multiple times not continuously rehashing your opinion to the point it becomes disruptive. If you wish to appeal the block, you may make your request on your talk page, which you can still edit even while being blocked. --Timenn-<talk> 12:19, 7 January 2010 (UTC)

I feel this block is somewhat unjustified. I was attempting to have a civil conversion with Rpeh. I didn't violate any UESP policy did I? — Unsigned comment by 86.170.198.36 (talk) on 7 January

It was repeatedly pointed out to you that we were aware that the conversation you were trying to make wasn't productive at all, and you should be aware of that. Despite the requests to stop you continued, hence the block. You utilized the dynamic IP addresses given by your ISP to circumvent that block, which is considered to be breaking the rules. --Timenn-<talk> 12:29, 7 January 2010 (UTC)
No, my IP address is reset whenever I log off the internet. So, you see I was not intentionaly trying to circumvent the block. 86.170.198.36 12:44, 7 January 2010 (UTC)
I didn't say you deliberately changed your IP address, but its change did work to your advantage. You were aware of the block and its duration. Furthermore, you continued your actions, for which you were blocked, without any indication you adhered to the reasons for your block. Thus I felt a longer block was necessary. --Timenn-<talk> 12:50, 7 January 2010 (UTC)
I see. Although I must point out that I did not feel my actions were disruptive. I think that UESP would profit from Rpeh owning up to his misdeeds and accepting the concequences for them. He could then return to work on the site and the whole community could move forward. 86.170.198.36 12:56, 7 January 2010 (UTC)
Also Timmen, please do not remove people's comments from my talk page. That is against the rules. — Unsigned comment by 86.170.198.36 (talk)

\=> Protected the talk page for a day. I feel this situation is a form of Gaming the system. Using the official channels to keep rehashing the same statement is not a good way conduct a discussion. I believe this user is already aware of this. --Timenn-<talk> 13:32, 7 January 2010 (UTC)
